1. Eligibility for Refunds

- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Item includes original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refund:
- Gift cards.
- Final sale/clearance items.
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- notify us within 48 hours of delivery,
- include order number and clear photos/videos,
- we will review and provide replacement or refund options.
4. Return Approval Process

- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the approved return item to the provided return address.
- After inspection, we process the eligible refund.
Returns sent without approval may be delayed or rejected.
5. Refund Method and Timing
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days after inspection.
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post funds.
6. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping is usually paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and return terms will apply.
